    I looked at their web site and see that they have a A+ rating with the bbb. When i go to your site, i can't find that they have any rating with you. Here is what happened, I had my oil changed, two days later the skid plate that they had to remove for the oil change fell down in the front and was dragging. I went back and was told that they would not do anything about it. I will order a new skid plate and put it on myself just wanted to know if the A+ rating from you was legitimate.

    To whom it may concern 
    ******************** did come back to our shop his skid plate was loose and hanging down, my pit guy went under the truck and found the skid plate bolts had torn away from the skid plate allowing it to hang. 
    On these fords the skid plate is made of a fiber material that is very weak and when wet turns very soft.
    What appears to have happened is the wind caught the skid plate and tore it off. My position is I feel I am not responsible for the cheap and poorly manufactured fiber skid plate that serves absolutely no purpose. The skid plate was installed correctly with all fasteners.
    On a side note.  Mr. ********* attitude was poor at best and used the f word in one of his discriptions, I as an employee and manager can not talk to customers this way and I will not allow anyone to talk to me or any of my employees in that manor.
