This man took it upon himself to put his hands under my hood and tore my motor apart. Was very unprofessional and ended up costing me $3,700 in repairs for the damage he did. He was paid to put a radiator in my daughter's car a month later it blew the head gasket from overheating I don't think he ever touched it this is a horrible business and this man is a rip off. He had absolutely no permission to put a wrench to that engine I am the registered owner I do not know the man nor do I want to.

Provided customer with a free diagnostic. Car was directly towed to my shop from another shop that refused to fix the car. Customers ex husband brought the car to me and asked me to fix it, I have signed work orders authorizing the work to be done. At no time was there any mention of replacing a radiator. The claimant interrupted my diagnostic half way through and threatened to call the cops.  Normally i would charge 1 hour minimum, but in this case i waived the diagnostic fee and returned the car in the same condition as it arrived in. When they picked up the car, they drove it for about a month afterwards claiming that it was fixed- then came back at me when it failed.
