      They took $2200 from ** on January 1st. I told them the week prior that I wasnt sure if we were setting them up because I hadnt confirmed help from the state or if we can afford it. They quoted me $220 a month for my school aged child and $1000 a month for my 4 year old. So Im not sure where the extra $1000 came from. I had to dispute it with my bank to get the money refunded. We will not be using them. I have emailed them several times over the last 2 weeks with no response from them and no phone calls returned.

      Hi ***-

      I want to apologize for the experience you had when trying to enroll with **. When you filled out and signed all of your paperwork and stated the date you wanted to start on, we entered that into our system and everything was set for you and your children to begin. When you signed our agreement and filled out the payment information for you to start at the beginning of January, this set everything into motion. I don't show another  message stating that you didn't want to start until the day we were expecting your family to start. Our payments are processed the week prior to care being received so this process had already been started. You signed an agreement acknowledging the amount due, the start date and all the policies of Kangaroo Clubhouse. I also show an email from you stating that whether you were approved by the state or not, you'd be enrolling with us either way. I have looked back in emails and our recorded calls and only show one missed call from you with no voicemail attached to it. I am sorry if there was a breakdown of communication that let to this, I will be reviewing all processes to ensure this doesn't happen again. I will be trying to contact you to resolve this matter but here is my information as well. ********************************** ************ if you'd like to reach out directly.
