This company threatened me if I didn't bring this review down. Then they said they would leave a negative review on my company which is retaliatory. The company threatened my right to free speech and tried to sensor my negative review with threats of retaliation. Stay clear from here. Will be reaching out to an attorney. Please review screenshots of their blatant threats to me if I didn't remove post Awful experience. My wife was home when the tech came. She said our dog is a bit skittish at first but he's very friendly. We have nurses come in the house everyday and there's never been a problem. The tech lied and put words in my wife's mouth, saying she said our dog was violent and bites which is absurd, has never happened. He is my certified *** from the VA.I will never recommend a company that lies and puts words in your mouth. Disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical.I have sympathy for someone who has had bad experiences with dogs in the past but to lump my dog up with his trauma and say my wife said he's violent is insane.

This is a false complaint and dine by a very unstable person. He is a RENTER on a property our technicians were set by to address a broken fireplace glass.
He has a very aggressive and violent 65 lbs pitbull that was trying to to get at our technician through the door.
our technician was courteous and polite while talking to the wife. She stated that the dog was a large pitbull , very aggressive and could possibly bite the technician. She couldnt guarantee he wouldnt bite. Our technician simply asked to secure the dog. The wife was super friendly and had a great conversation with our technician.

our tech did his job in a timely manner and left. I was told by the ** that the husband was a problem and had lots of issues in the past.
I honestly this guy is upset because our technician simply asked to put the dog away.
This renter has tried to cause problems and threats to our company. To the point we had to let him know we would reach out to his employer (which is related to one of our technicians ) and let them know his behavior. We also filed a report with BPD because of his unstable and threatening behavior.

we were simply hired by his property ***** ** to do a job on his unit. This aggressive animal and renter has been a big issue in the past. We hope the best for him and his family.

I have cameras inside my house that shows my puppies behavior otherwise. :) The cameras show a much different version of events than the one depicted by the owner who clearly suffers from delusions: Here are the reasons why; This company bullies people into taking down negative reviews including an 85-year-old woman by having their attorney call. Their website claims to be BBB accredited but it looks like they lost that, and they have four open complaints with the attorney general, and now another one that I filed. I have never had "big issues" in the past. since i own a house in another state and moved into the area from that state this past November, so saying i have had issues before is another blatant lie by a company that bullies old woman. Clearly, this person thinking my employer is related to one of their techs shows how confused, uneducated, and misinformed they are. Saying they reached out to my employer is a direct lie. I own a own company with a partner and am an honorably discharged veteran. This company thinks it can bully people and suppress our first amendment rights, which it can't. Filing false police reports is a crime and if the police ever do reach out to me, i will show them my Vivint home security footage. My animal is a registered *** animal and has never caused any issues with the plethora of people that he has interacted with. Looking at the reviews of this company and seeing how they bully old ladies and other customers shows why they lost their rating with the BBB and shows their character not just as a business but as a person. How sad and pathetic.

My chimney is only half way cleaned. The person they sent out argued with me about creosote. He told me it grows in your chimney when youre not using it. Charged me more money then he told me when he used my credit card. Then supervisor contacted me after 3 calls and 2 days and gave me a 10% discount, but the bottom of my chimney on top of my insert looks like someone sprayed insulation down there, because the person doing the cleaning said all the soot would go down the small pipe into the stove. Didnt happen that way. Now its been a week and the supervisor told me he would send someone else out to finish the job, and again they wont call me back and when I call they say they will have a supervisor call me back and it hasnt happened yet.

The **************** of the **** Nativity in ******** recently called a full-time priest, who is living with his family in the rectory. This building has not been used as a residence for years. Fr. ***** and his family would like to use the fireplace, so we called ***** at Safer Chimney to request a comprehensive inspection of the fireplace, which she scheduled promptly. *******, the inspector, determined that the fireplace is safe to use, but he did recommend that the chimney cap be rebuilt due to missing mortar. ***** and his team went to work right away, and they completed the job on two separate days. We are delighted with the work they did, and Fr. ***** and his family are looking forward to using the fireplace this coming Fall and Winter.

I did hire Safer Chimney to repair my chimney and put in new pipe from the stove to the chimney. They did the repair work in the dark on a November evening, and this was after several reschedules and several no-shows. Then they used the house faucet that had no handle on it, which caused a huge flood in the house. They literally used a pair of vice grips to turn the water on to make their cement. They had NOT asked to use this faucet with no handle and they had NOT told us they needed water. I asked them about their insurance and what they intended to do and I was informed that it was NOT their problem that I had broken pipes. I didn't tell them I had broken pipes, so I know that they really knew better. They also told me that it didn't mean a thing that the faucet was without a handle because "everybody out here" has faucets all over the place that don't have handles. I called my plumber to make an emergency visit and he arrived while Safer Chimney guys were still there. The plumber asked the chimney guys questions and was treated very rudely. He said he gave his honest opinion about their work and behavior and was then called several demeaning names. My plumber said he called them some names too because they weren't taking any responsibility for the flood they had caused. It took the chimney guys several months to come back out to remove their wood forms from the chimney, and they never did bring a finishing part for the indoor stovepipe that I paid for. In the beginning this chimney guy sounded knowledgeable and good. Maybe he is knowledgeable, but I highly suggest you run fast as you can away from Safer Chimney. I wish I had. I wouldn't give any stars, but this site requires it. CT
