      A **** ****** FJ40 Landcruiser that ***** listed on **** was not the 4 X 4 that was represented in their description. "A survivor, no rust, never in the salt, runs great, mostly original **********." I called and talked with the owner ***** before I bid on this and he assured me that this was a "rare find." He said they had all the paper work on maintenance, only had ****** miles.This was all false, shoddy metal repairs were done, doors did not close from the bad repairs, entire outside of cruiser was painted, and paint was rolling off in places where it was not prepped correctly. Drivers side rear fender well was rusted thru to the roll bar inside, power steering pump was froze up, brakes did not stop the cruiser, and no paper work on maintenance. Turn signals did not work. Could not get the cruiser above 55mph floored. **** was no help with their guarantee. We had to threaten him with court and Idaho DMV to get most of our money back, even though he said he would fully reimburse us the entire payment.I guess loosing 10 percent was better than the entire money invested. Run from these people as fast as you can. If you are close, you had better run over there and take a real good look at what ever it is they are trying to sell.

      Purchased a "Excellent" truck from All Metal, Johnny. 1979 F250 with a 460. "True Survivor" Ebay add had a Marty Report as if that mattered. 460 was scabbed in from a 1986 Econoline Van. Leaking worse then the Valdez. There was so much oil in my driveway, I went through 3 bags of NAPA oil dry cleaning it up. The carb is stuck at 1,300RPMS and has to be rebuilt. Truck is EXTREMELY unsafe and will require a sizable investment just to make safe. The back yard fabricated motor mounts were bubble gummed in with a weld that my 16 year old could have done a better job on. The front axle almost fell of when backing the truck off the transporter. The rear axle is out of a van also, it is narrower than original. DO NOT buy from them unless you are a mechanic or bring one. Absolutely take vehicle for a test run. I regret this purchase, bubble gum, duct tape and fish oil.
