    Auntie Sandy Alterations measured 4 pair of my new pants.Said they would be ready in 5 days..It took over 4 weeks before she notified me. I left texts,phone messages and notes on her door.When she finnaly called me she claimed trhey were ready 3 weeks ago. I never recevied any message from her. The big problem , she altered 2 pair of paints too short. not enough to let down, so she ruin 2 pair of new pants, I texted her and left phone messages, asking her to reinburse me for the cost of the 2 pair of paints $19.00 and her alteration cost of alterations $30.00 for a total of $49.00. I gave her 10 days to reply/send me a refund check or I would file a colmplaint with BBB.No answer and no refund of $49.00 Can you help me recoop my loss?
