    I ordered hobby suppliers (weaving tools such as shuttles and pirns) over 13 months ago, on April 3rd, 2022, and still have still not received an estimated ship date for the *************************. items in my order: a total of $132.92. I understand that COVID-19 led to global shortages and supply chain issues, but I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication from this business about when -- or whether -- my purchases will be filled. I had previously asked for a refund, but since my purchase was made with a gift card I'd bought from Mondaes, I am stuck with Mondaes' holding my money one way or another. Ideally, I would like to receive the items I purchased ASAP, but failing that, I'd like the balance of my order not yet received refunded to my original credit card which I used to purchase the Mondaes gift card in the first place. I don't have the confidence that Mondaes would be able to fill any other orders for merchandise I place, since my initial experience with them has been so poor and they don't seem to have good control over their drop-ship arrangements with ******* or other manufacturers. In January 2023, the business stated they would have more information for me on why the items had not yet been shipped, but they did not reply to any of my subsequent follow-up messages. I even alerted the business that I'd be submitting a case to BBB if they didn't share updated information with me by May 11th, but again, my email went unanswered.I wanted to give Mondaes ample time to make good on their intermittent communication that they would have more information on my order fulfillment, hence why I am submitting this report later than the usual 12-month limit on filing a complaint. I know they are a small business attempting to scale up to national/international markets. Because they have not answered my messages since the last exchange in January 2023, I unfortunately suspect that they are ignoring me in the hope I give up on the money/merchandise they owe me.
