    I went to the dentist for my regular cleaning and x-rays. They told me I had four cavities yet showed me no x-rays they claim there was decayfrom drinking coffee. I had a weird feeling as I havent had any cavities in my adult life so I went to a different dentist who had amazing reviews I showed them the x-rays that I requested through email after my visit from the provide dentist. They did not see any cavities so they took new x-rays and did an exam and still determined there was no cavities or decay when Ileft her review with the other dentist about this. He attacked me claiming that it was false and that I have decay and didnt ask for the evidence. This is extremely scary for anyone who was looking to get dental work done and looking for honesty.

    You are claiming you were attacked and that you were lied to.  Neither of these things happened.  I'm sorry that you didn't hear what you expected from us.  We took the time to find out why you had tooth decay and discussed what it would take to stop its progress.  You went to another office and they told you what you wanted to hear and that was enough for you to feel justified in leaving us a 1-star ****** review.  You implied that we had misdiagnosed your pathology and had been intentionally dishonest.  In response, I sent you a picture of your x-rays as evidence of what was found and suggested that it's always a good idea to be skeptical when when someone tells you what you want to hear.  I would consider an attack to be blasting someone online without a single attempt to resolve the matter, or reaching out the BBB without trying to resolve any concerns.  These were things that you did, not me.  I have only responded to your criticism and sent you proof of what I said was there.  No one has attacked you in any way, nor have we been dishonest, and we have tried to offer you proof of our honesty.

    I have no cavities. I paid for a second option if they said I had cavities I would definitely take care of them. I do not have any tooth decay. Its crazy you keep trying to insist that I do. I already had a dentist review your X-rays and there was no cavities or decay.

    There may be disagreement between providers about precisely when and how to treat subtle differences in pathologies (like tooth decay).  So I don't doubt that you're being honest when you say that your other provider didn't want to do fillings on your caries.  Sometimes it goes that way.  Depending on the angle of the xray he/she may have felt that remineralization was possible.  

    I am disputing the claim that you made to the BBB that I was dishonest and that I attacked you.  These two things never happened.  I have provided evidence to you of what I saw, and you have not shown any evidence of being "attacked".  

    I'm not sure why you would choose to use that kind of inflammatory language, but your ****** review and complaint to the BBB were the only attacks in our interaction.

    Again, I dont have any cavities so there isnt anything to fill. Im not sure why you keep saying I have cavities. They said my teeth are very good condition with zero cavities, not even the start of a cavity. I never received these texts you speak of.
