    Maria ****** was supposed to make a gown we took her a picture she said she could do that. What she gave us was trash in my opinion. She charged 80 dollars she was supposed to have them ready the end of July aka July 31st. She did not turn them in on time. We had to cancel two photo shoots. The first time we went for a fitting she had to almost remake the dress because they were nothing Like we asked. She's a very difficult and rude person to deal with. The event is September 3rd and there is no time to find somebody else to make a dress on such a short notice.

    On August 19th, the following customer came to pick up her order, at this point they were advised of their remaining balance owed. The customer did not pay her remaining balance in full at this time. She did try on the dress and at that time addressed no concerns or complaints. I would have been happy to correct or address any concerns or complaints with the customer had I been given the opportunity to do so. The customer took her dress home and at which no further contact was made with regarding the custom-made gown. Since this dress was custom made, no refund will be given, and with not having received the remaining balance due and dress not being returned to be able to correct any concerns they had, I am at a loss with the dress ordered.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      This woman is lying I paid her a deposit of $70 I had a remaining balance of $10 which I gave her she never gave me a receipt so I know it's her word against mine I never told her this dress was good I tried telling her I wasn't happy and she got very aggressive say all these different things if I didn't like it she couldn't just Sue ** I have a text from her that I feel it is threatening returning I don't want my money back at this point it's not worth dealing with this trash I'm not the only one I'm just the only 1 they had the courage to write something about it Hey she's rude disrespectful and this wasn't Her real business name now I have discovered that she has another business that she doesn't tell anybody about which is her real business that she has there has been expired since February of 2022 so she's running a business illegally no license and no insuranceThis woman and this business is a fraud in my opinion the dress is trash my daughter was unable to wear it and I have to spend an extra a 140 some dollars to buy her a new one for the event
