    We started the fence job December of 2021 and was just about done by January of 2022, when ************* informed us he was leaving the country in 2 days and promised to leave a check but he did not leave any checks.
    We had built the fence in sections at our shop, delivered and install the sections at the customers house. The panels were already painted on delivery. We put the fence together. We only had to put top rails on and post caps on as per **************** instructions.
    In January of 2022, The customer informed me that he will be going overseas in 2 days and would not be back until April of 2022. The customer has promised to leave a check prior to his overseas trip. He left, did not leave any check and told me not to return to his house to finish the job until his return in April of 2022. I tried several time trying to get hold of ************** to no avail. ************** did not return in April. Instead, he got back by the end of May and on the first of June, he got ahold of me.
    Meanwhile, for 6 months, since m ************** was out of town and as per his instruction not to finish the job, the weather (snows melting and hot weather), this has caused some parts of the fence and slats in warp. We still went over there to fix and finish up the job. At that point, ************** said us to install corner round on the front of the fence in which we oblige (this was not part of the job). ************** also wanted to repaint the fence (again not part of the job) with marine paint. I informed him that I could not afford to repaint the fence with marine paint. And if he can purchase the paint, I will paint the fence for him as a gesture of goodwill. He has also ask to replace gate hinges and locks on both 2 gates which we did change out for him.
    I have informed Mr. **** that I was leaving for the Coast on July 16, 2022 and he said that was not going to be any problem.
    He said the paint would arrive on the 3rd of July (no show), 5th of July (no show), 9th of July (no show). He then informed me that the paint would arrive on the 21st of July. He called me on July 12, 2022 saying the paint would be there today. We went to his house the next day only to find out that the paint delivered were damaged. We were going to go ahead to paint it but the process of covering the parts thats not going to be painted black is not going to work (by taping and covering the slats, the tape would not stick to the material). I told my associate that we would have to revert back to the original plan by remove the slats and paint the sections black then wait for the paint to dry before installing the slats back. I then went to inform him of our plan but he was very rude and shut the door on my face. The next day, he was texting me saying it was all my fault threatening to *** me for non completion and if the paint dries up, I would have to replace it. As mentioned above; first, he was aware that Im going to the Coast for a week and secondly, the paint that was delivered to him was damaged, therefore, he has no paint to begin with.
    All in all, I felt this is very unjust. We would have finished the project early and damages to the sections would not have occurred had he allowed us to do our jobs when he was gone.

    Complaint #******** Im not agreeing at this point to AZ Fence itemized timeline regarding facts or their truthfulness as to correspondence with me, or how the job ultimately ended As for the part about Amazon and wanted to use the marine paint because the fence was not a finish paint quality when it was installed and was needing a quarter ounce hashbrowns as the business did reply in their answer, as well as straightening a fence post, but the *************** business owner never did let me know that he was going to disappear and take his mother, or otherwise, until the day of ****************, which I certainly understand if you events stages with her health, Alzheimers He is correct that I was out of the country because this is not a primary home and I also agree that I did not want him using a lesser quality paint to finish it and seal it because it is a hollow core fence finished on both sides, so he wasnt prepared to seal all the cracks and finish with a ceiling paint, which I provided, rather than have him added to his cost I also did pay him in a timely manner. Once I was able to bring and convert euros in the US, but that never wouldve delayed him because he was paid in full to the agreement of $8000 prior to the fence ever being completed I am going to try to attach this old text messages because I did not record any voice conversations that he and I had. However, our phone conversations have been slow just like to text messages and when you read them, you will see that for the most part I had to put the hammer down because he was always making promises and not fulfilling and he also just disappeared, even though he had full access to the home if he gave me enough notice, so that I could have the person that was staying here, unlock the doors and have the dogs taken away and then he would not have them under foot I believe it would be easier for me to follow through with a complaint number at the top of the forwarded full text messages when they began and when they ended and you will have to put those two parts together and let me know what you believe is the next action, if there is *************** ***** *************** cellular US only

    Here are some pictures of the fence when we were just about done just needed to put the top piece on. He's not being truthful when he says we could have went over there. When he left he told us he would get ahold of me in April. He was told that if we did not complete the job till April we could not be held responsible for it. 
    As the pictures show it was painted when we put it together. He just kept trying to change things and add things 6 months down the road
     I tried to cater to his needs but there was no end and every time he got mad it was get out I'm calling my attorney.

    $10500 paid in 4 payments *****/owner blew off completely the finishing and you have this with 3 previous filings Im not downloading the docs again Seems it is a revolving door on getting you to push this grifter to compensate me for anything Im asking $5k to hire someone completely different to finish in spring 2023 ***************
