      Regan Fencing finished my fence today. I am extremely happy with the fence. The wood is beautiful with the natural stain I choose to put on the fence.*** (owner) and his crew are very polite and friendly & easy to talk with. I leaned on the fence while picking up plums in the yard; my goodness that fence is very study.I highly recommend Regan Fencing!!! Great job guys!!

      While there were positive aspects to my experience with Regan Fencing & Services, I find it necessary to share some areas where I believe they could improve.The quality of the fence they built is commendable. The structure is solid, and the attention to detail in the craftsmanship is evident. That said, my overall satisfaction with the project was marred by an unexpected change. Without prior consultation or my consent, the team decided to change the stain color midway through the project. This deviation from our original agreement was not only surprising but also added unforeseen costs to the project.In order to restore the fence to the agreed-upon color, I had to enlist the services of another company to sand off the incorrect stain and reapply the proper color. This added both time and financial strain to what should have been a straightforward project.I believe that a company's professionalism is not only reflected in the quality of their work but also in their communication and respect for their client's wishes. In this regard, there was a significant oversight on Regan Fencing & Services' part.While the fence itself is well-built, the experience could have been better had they maintained consistent communication and stuck to our initial agreement. I hope they take this feedback into consideration for future projects.
