- Thorpe Fire Sprinkler Systems, Inc. does hereby guarantee to the owner, that all labor and materials or both furnished and/or work performed is in accordance within the scope of the drawings approved along with all authorized alterations and additions thereto; that should any defect developed during a one year period from completion date, as stated herein, due to improper materials, workmanship or arrangements; the same will upon written notice from the Owner, promptly be made good by the undersigned without expense to the Owner and that any other work affected in correcting such defects will also be made good by Thorpe Fire Sprinkler Systems, Inc. without expense to the Owner.Further warranties are provided by the product manufacturers.
