    I closed both mine and my wife's gym membership accounts. Then they continue to bill. I email them to close. They stop billing for a month. Then continue to bill. No matter how many times I contact them they keep billing.I had to pay my bank to block them from billing me. I have many bank records and phonecall records I can add if required to escalate.

    Have a month to month membership that Ive been trying to cancel since April. The manager never calls me back. Wont respond to my emails. The employees wont help. They keep charging my card. When I stopped letting their transactions go through, now theyre threatening to send me to collections. I have documentation going back for months showing Ive been trying to cancel, and taking the steps provided by employees, and manager is just ignoring me.

    I have reached out on the 15th this month to state that this was the ********* and this shouldn't be against us. He has been dealing with Crunch ******** and not Nampa. Spoke with BBB representative and was told she would switch this to Crunch ********.

    In July I went in to crunch as i needed a personal trainer.so I paid for three months at the end of july and didnt start till August .they took the money again like a week later, I called went around and around got my money back then. In October 2022 I paid my last month went in with my trainer he told ******* what I needed and she was doing some audit stuff said yes I can help you. I watched her she deleted my info and I thanked her. Come November crunch took another ****** out of my account I have talked to multiple managers trying to get my money back they said it's not possible to give me my money back. I have tried to find a corporate office can't find one ask for higher up than ******* and they won't give it to me. ******* basically called me a lier saying he has no employee that I described as I wasn't sure of her name at the time. I told him I wasn't talking to the wall and I'm disabled and just trying to get the ****** they took from me.

    This is out of our Nampa location. Please update this to their location as we did not deal with this member here at the Meridian. 

    I added a copy of the agreement to show that they are out of the Nampa location not the Meridian.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I'm not sure what they are saying I just got a agreement form. I'm not denying that I'm saying I canceled my training they took ****** from mu account without authorization and I want my money back. Plain and simple they stole my money not once but twice they had no problem giving the first draft back so I want ****** and will not accept anything else. My trainer **** walked down with me to ******* and she canceled my trainer fees give me my money please

    The Nampa location is Club Number #*****, you can see in the attachments I provided that we have two different ************. We may be the same franchise but two separate contract agreement numbers.
