The equipment was already in the house. We hired you to do all new duct work and hook up the equipment. However the duct work is not hooked up correctly. Half of our house is hooked up to the furnace return. Also your company cut a bunch of wire for our system, we have parts laying on the ground that have been cut! Wires sticking out of the wall, our thermostat was never connected like your company told ** as well as our system running on emergency heat all winter due to work that was done. We have contacted the owner and the office numerous times to get either a rude and disrespectful response or you wont call ** back to come fix the mistakes. We have pictures and right *** from other companies of everything that has to be redone in order for our system to work properly and it all comes down to the duct and wiring.

At the time Legends Mechanical provided a bid to install ductwork, you were advised that we would not be responsible for any other part of the job. This was due to our concerns with your attempt to connect two different, previously used manufactured home halves that had been separated by simply cutting everything in half. Legends Mechanical did not provide or install any of the **** equipment, controls or wiring. Legends mechanical did not "cut" any existing wiring. You have stated that the duct work is the cause of your "emergency heat" issue. This is not correct. I would advise you to seek a solution with whomever installed the **** equipmentReview fromEmily B

We hired Legends to come and install new duct and hook up to an existing unit to a new house. After it was all said and done we have had nothing but issues. Our power bills is $800 or more a month in a house with 3 people. The air will run 24 hours a day no matter what setting you have it on. We have contacted them multiple times in asking to have it checked out but either they wont return calls or tell us they are on the way and then never show up. After having someone else look at the air system we have been told its running on emergency heat all winter long and the ** wont even turn on so our house is sitting at 80 degrees at night due to failed hook up. Extremely disappointing and out a lot of money!Legends Mechanical, LLC

I am so sorry you feel this way, but Legends mechanical did not install your equipment. you hired legends to install duct work and re-crawl your house. I would advise you to contact the company that originally installed your equipment. Your review is for work and service we never provided. Your dispute and review on our company is not warranted.
