    Our furnace went out on 02/18/24. We contacted Choice Home Warranty. They sent out Majestic Heating & Cooling. The tech that came out (*****) was pleasant and efficient in troubleshooting the problem. He collected $65 for the trade call fee. He said he would submit the proposal to replace the furnace to Choice Home Warranty to get the furnace replaced. Choice Home Warranty states they never got the proposal from Majestic. We have not been able to get a hold of Majestic. We have called numerous times and there has been no call back or response. We have been without heat for 12 days now. I have medical issues, children in the house and my dog just recently had puppies. All of us have become sick during the 12 days of no heat. I would like to get my $65 back since ***** didn't complete the job. Choice Home Warranty said they will find a reliable heating and cooling place to help me but now we have to start over. No heat in ****** ***** in the winter with children and puppies is not acceptable.

    Good morning,

    We were contacted by Choice Homes to do a service call to this customer as we diagnosed it to be too old and needed replaced. It was very difficult to get ahold of Choice Homes to get the required photos etc to them. As we were going back and forth with Choice Homes as to the proper pictures they informed us that they would need a video to which after trying to download we were told by another department that we couldn't download video's, so we were back to **********. Choice Homes did inform us that they had reassigned the customer to a different company so we were no longer in contact with the customer. We are sorry for the issues but it was a nightmare working with the ********************* back and forth as to what all they needed. We will reimburse her the $65.00 today which will be in the mail.

    Choice didn't ever say any of what ***** responded back with. **** kept telling me that they hadn't received anything from Majestic Heating and they kept reaching out with no answer from *****. They kept reassigning Majectic back out in which I kept calling each time to complain to them that he was the one that was ********* sent out and who we were having issues with to get him to get the proper documents they required sent in. ***** told me he would come out and replace the part but he himself stated I needed a new furnance. Both failed with getting this situation taken care of. Leaving my family and home without heat for weeks. I ended up calling another company who came out a day after I called and 5 days later replaced my furnace. I have saved every text, call and wrote down all conversations with both ***** with Majestic and Choice Home Warranty. Going without a running furnace from 2/19 until 3/21. I would like my $65 service fee refunded. Also for nobody to go through this with either companies. 2 kids and new born puppies with myself who has health issues in a home that was only being heated by numerous electric heaters and electric blankets. Nights being in the 20s and days of off and on snow. So care or apologies from either company just a bunch of he said she said from both companies. Orignal invoice from ***** with Majestic. I have send over any call logs, text and timeliness and conversations as well if needed.
