- Direct Check Out/Major Credit Cards, Pay Pal and Etsy Gift Cards. Buyers in Europe have two new ways to pay for items in my Etsy Shop, QuietMindDesigns. In addition to credit cards, Etsy gift cards and PayPal, buyers in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands can now pay using local payment methods SOFORT and iDEAL through Direct Checkout. Both of these payment methods are common and widely used methods of payment in these countries. And, Quiet Mind Designs is now excepting those payment options also.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Quiet Mind Designs will be shipping your jewelry in bubble wrapped mailers with your jewelry nicely packed in silver swirl color cotton filled GIFT BOXES!! All items are packaged securely to ensure fragile items don't get damaged during shipping. If an item becomes damaged during shipment, please notify within 48 hours of receipt and we can determine whether repair or replacement needs to be made. If that were the case, the buyer would pay for return shipping, but Quiet Mind Designs would ship it back at no charge. A refund will not be made for damage that is caused by the buyer, such as undue stress on a clasp, or inadequate packaging of the return. Quiet Mind Designs will make this determination upon receipt of the returned item - it is usually fairly clear when an item has been abused and has subsequently suffered damage. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt by the customer, no matter what the reason for the return.
