    This "provider" claimed to be experienced in installation of french drains, so I hired him to install at least 72 ft of drain and replace my yard with sod, which he removed to put the drains in. Not only did the drains fail upon the first rainfall after installation, but he did not even bury them 6", when he claimed that he knew they were supposed be 3 ft deep minimum. with accompanying pea gravel and straining cloth before being buried with soil. ***** does not know what he's doing and his crew is incompetent as well. He ghosted me when I let him know that the drains were not working. I gave him plenty of leeway and grace because he told me his son was gravely ill. It has been a year now and I did request a refund (albeit only partial as I just wanted to be somewhat restored to the condition my yard was in before he destroyed it. This person/company is a joke and should not be allowed to operate as a business licensed in *****. Seeking a refund of $4,437.50 even though i paid him over $6,400.

    5/8/23 -reached out for quote. Quote included Sod prep and installation - detailed in picture. They said they could come out Saturday 5/13. Then asked to change and come out Friday 5/12. I agreed. Their prep was simply to rake the ground. Not as described and outlined in quote. After work was done, I texted asking about concern of work done with pictures, was reassured a follow up in two weeks as part of their guaranteed work. To date - after several emails without responses, repeated text messages without response, and still no follow up as quoted and communicated. Sod in areas has died completely because of lack of proper installation. Our weekly Landscaping maintenance person can verify. He also noted that they had covered up sprinkler heads during installation. I attempted contact on 6/15, 6/28, 6/29. On 6/29 I finally got a response saying they would come out on 7/4 at 9 am. They no showed/no call/no notice. I attempted contact again 7/5, 7/6, 7/18. On 7/18 I received a response, but still no offer of resolution. Still no finished work per the contract/quote. 7/23 and still no scheduled resolution or refund. So unprofessional and unresponsive.
