    They sent me a defective product and wont cover costs to make it right. I bought a rudder it failed and it costs a lot of money to reinstall they refuse to cover any cost that I will incure do to there negligence

    We make a quality product and provide quality service. We strive to never have issues with our products. Despite our best efforts, on a very rare occasion something will go wrong. ****** purchased a rudder from us in 2023. Unfortunately the rudder has delaminated after just one season. ****** informed us of the issue. We quickly responded to him and agreed that the rudder is defective. The rudder is fully repairable but in an effort to provide good customer service we have agreed to send ****** a brand new rudder. ****** has been insisting that we pay him for his time to remove the old rudder and install the new one. We offered to send him a check in addition to the new rudder. However he was not happy with the amount. So we offered him more money but he was still not satisfied. We are not sure what more we can do but we will continue to work with ****** to resolve the situation.

    Date of Invoice transaction: 3/1/2023, Cost payed: $701.00, Product: Sailboat tiller.Business: Rudder Craft ***************************************************************************************** Name of Seller: ***** Business Phone:************** I purchased a tiller from this online company at ruddercraft.com and they have not delivered my product as of yet. The individual whom I spoken with many times named ***** at Rudder craft is giving me the run around and I reached my limit. He continues to lie about the tiller being completed by saying it's in the varnishing stage, then saying it's shipping, then saying the hole entire same story all over again... Also, at times placing me on hold for long period of time... I strongly feel that Rudder craft is a fraud and discriminating me as a Hispanic US citizen who is a retired veteran... Therefore, I seek action against their practice immediately by having ***** deliver my product as promised or seek charges... I will greatly appreciate your support on this matter... Thank you...

    My name is *********************** and I filed a complaint against Rudder Craft  #******** which I will appreciate kindly if it can be closed and disregarded asap. It so happens that the owner ***** and I  have ironed things out and Rudder Craft is going to fulfill their end of the bargain... The whole ordeal was a misunderstanding due to mistakes and break down in communication...  I thank you guys for the great work being done in protecting us consumers.... Please let me know when the case number is closed so I can relay to Rudder Craft ... Thank you...
