    On August 7th 2024 we were traveling through ***** and decided to spend the night. We looked on line to find a pet friendly hotel and inexpensive.we located the Rodeway Inns advertising which stated Pet Friendly and $69.00 plus tax. I called to see if they had a room, they said yes and we drove over and checked in. We went to our room put our bag on the bed and then went to walk our dog. The Manager saw our dog and demanded that I come inside, asked we what room we were in and I said room 123, he told me I hadnt told him about the dog and that we would have to pay an Additional $150 and change rooms. I protested and said that since we hadnt used any towels and had just put our bag inside that it would be best if we found someplace elsewhere to stay. He said it was ok and that we just needed to change rooms, we did. I just got my bank statement and he charged me $129.00 for the room, which didnt even have a smoke detector, but only 2 bare wires hanging from the ceiling and also charged me $150.00 for our pet. I could make a case of fraud and theft of funds which I may still do. I called yesterday and was told the manager would give me a call, guess what? No call. I called back and was told that there would be no adjustments to my charges.

    Hi my name is ************************* contact number ********** I contacted some type of skin disease from a hotel in ***** ***** it's clearly an outbreak there that is not being reported, upon notifying the establishment I was treated unfairly, given a different room and was told" we are a private establishment, we did all we are allowed to do" and I was sent on my way, clearly that's not right by any means I feel like I was treated less than human and I don't know who else to contact about this matter, it seems to me that they are clearly trying to cover up the issue before any one gets wind of what's going on there here are some photos of what's going on and what happened to me please give me a call with information on who I can contact to see that this gets proper exposure and who I can contact regarding my issue

    Reservation was booked under my name *************************** Miles it was booked using my bank card my reservation was started on the 7th of November and I stayed well past that after manually booking a different top floor room for approximately 2 weeks, reservation number is as follows, 24465693...

    I also had a previous booking number of, ********** booked on 11/2 till 11/4, compete address is as *********************************************************************. If any additional info is needed please feel free to give me a response I will respond accordingly thank you taking my matter with care and seriousness

    This guest had stayed in a pet room with a pet and brought bed bugs into the room which later gave him bites past guest in that room have had no issues the hotel used there intensive protocol for bed bugs and cleared the room and moved this guest up to the second floor where he stayed and was not charged a pet fee. The guest had no complaints until checkout demanding a refund for a full week which the hotel will not give due to him being in the room for a whole week without issues. The ** District Health even contacted the hotel and let the property know that the protocol they are using is extremely efficient and property is very clean and clear and has no issues. As other guest past and current have had no issues in any rooms.
