      I have purchased over 30, if not 40, vehicles since I started driving 23 years ago. This dealership is as good as it gets. We all know that buying a new or used car can be a challenging experience, particularly when dealing with dealerships. Salespersons can be pushy, and aftersale support can be nonexistent. However, my experience with this dealership has been exceptional.To give you an example, there was some misunderstanding on my part with the information provided to me during my first vehicle purchase at this location, and I ended up buying the wrong vehicle configuration. *********************** and the sales manager went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and they ordered me a replacement vehicle. Now 11 months later, I have just placed my reservation for my 5th vehicle with them; this is a testament to my confidence in Bronco Motors. Furthermore, dealing with *** is an excellent experience. The man treats you with the utmost respect, will not push any vehicle or sales on you, and makes you feel welcome every time. I will keep returning to this dealership as long as I am in the area. Thank you, *** and Bronco Motors, for providing me with amazing adventures and outstanding vehicles.

      Predators. TLDR: know what you want before you go, be prepared for a hard sell. My daughter went in to get an idea of what cars might cost and what kind she might like so that she could plan for her first car. She was smooth-talked into buying a vehicle that was completely unsuitable for her -- it had a terrible range and cost way more than she could afford. She was clearly taken advantage of. When I came in the next day to complain the sales person and multiple managers taunted us (repeatedly!) by saying that since ***** has no 3-day Rescission law, they didn't have to do anything at all about it. I offered to pay a sizeable restocking fee to take it back and they said they would not. They finally agreed to at least trade for another car on the lot (hence 2 stars instead of 0), which I took for myself rather than tying my daughter into a huge loan with no way to repay it. The car was too expensive for what it is, and not the type or color I would have wanted, but I didn't have any choice other than what they had in stock. My daughter no longer even wants a car and will probably never visit another dealership. I'm stuck with a car I did not need or want at a price several thousand over blue book. I emailed the owner of the company and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply.

      We bought a new car from *********************** at Bronco Motors Hyundai West. Our car was in transit and kept getting delayed. Rob kept us up to date with every delay. The car finally came in. Rob notified us and now we are happy car owners. Excellent service. Thank you!
