    They discriminated against me because I'm on disability and I have a limited income. Even though I could afford the payments on one of their vehicles and I have a perfect credit score they told me that I wasn't good enough to buy a vehicle. Stay away for your sake.

    I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, we have to follow what guidelines the banks give us to go off of. We do not loan money personally; we have to contract everything through our lenders who we have on file. Many banks have year restrictions on vehicles. If the vehicle is too old many banks will not finance them. Also, banks usually have a minimum income requirement, which once again we do not have control over that. Our intention is never to upset a customer, but we do have to have follow our indirect banks guidelines. I do not feel a review accusing us of discrimination is warranted, due to the fact if we could obtain financing we would prefer to sell you a vehicle. Our manager at that location would be more than happy to go through everything with you and see if there is any way we could assist you. Here is his info **** ****** ************.     Corwin Ford delivered a damaged **** Maverick to us this past month after putting a deposit on it a year ago. *********************, the salesperson never apologized for the damage and claimed it was good as new after taking it to a third party to repair. After opting not to purchase the vehicle, *** dragged his feet returning the deposit. We had to call the manager, ***** to get anywhere. It would have been easy enough to pick up a check. Instead, supposedly they had to dig through days of transactions to find the deposit, after which the claimed to return the deposit to a credit card without verifying the credit card was still open/active.

    I just looked over the details of this situation. I do understand the customer's frustration. The vehicle was damaged during transport to our dealership. We disclosed the damage to customer once we saw the vehicle and had it in our possession. This is a less than ideal situation for any customer, but we do not have control of damage happening during transport. We returned the customer's deposit to the card they used for the original deposit. Once again, I understand that someone's vehicle getting damaged is frustrating, this was not our intention. Two ****** reviews and a better business bureau review does not feel warranted. I'm open to helping out where I can. If this means finding another vehicle and working to a resolution I would be more than happy to help.

    Corwin Ford is a rip off. Bought a F250 6.0 Trubo3 years ago. 6 months later, it went into the shop for 7 grand in high pressure oil pump repairs. Recently took the same truck to Corwin Ford service in Nampa. They "serviced" the A/C drier. In three days it spit freon and a/c oil all over the streets in front of my house. Of course Corwin Ford did nothing wrong. Stay as far away from Corwin Ford as you can. They are not honest people!!!! They will rip you off!!!

    Corwin Ford wanted to charge me over $5000 to replace an upper oil pan assembly for my **** 350 diesel engine.I decide to go somewhere else for an estimate and found a reputable mechanic who looked at my truck and said that the upper oil pan assembly did not even need to be replaced, only a drain plug.

    First I would like to thank **** for making a very beautiful and nice truck. It is truly an amazing vehicle especially coming from a used **** ****** *****, ***** and *** (all from Corwin Ford) played the old good cop bad cop with me on June 2, 2022 for 3 hours as we argued about the price protection. The price went up 2 times since November 5 for more than $3,500 difference. The reason for this review is my dealer is calming that they don't know how to price protect my truck that I ordered on November 5. They claim that **** will just send me a check for the difference and nobody knows what that difference is or the paper work on how to do that. I reached out to **** Corporate for help on what paper work that they need to do to price protect me. after many repeated emails I finally got a case number and a response from Corri on June 21, ********************************************************************************************** I know from the research I have done that they can price protect me and get a reimbursement from **** (see attached price protection). I received an email from ***** (at Corwin) saying that they would price protect me on July 1, 2022. Now I have sent 4 follow up emails the last one dated July 26, 2022 asking for an update and I got nothing. I feel at this point the only thing I can do is write this review and tell everyone BUYER BE **** OF CORWIN. They have great lip service but can't follow through on their promises.

    Everything has been addressed with the customer. **** paid him the difference. Unfortunately **** has to pay those differences, Corwin Ford cannot. We have asked for this review to be taken down.
