    The office failed to provide the correct paperwork necessary as there were two required forms missing that were necessary for a minor name change. I called the business to see if they could provide the additional forms as the complete packet had been purchased. The woman who answered the phone was instantly rude, dismissive and disrespectful. When I mentioned her immediate attitude and how I would like a refund instead of continuing to work with them she chose to blame me for her attitude and said that their office does not offer refunds. I let her know that the forms required were missing and she said it is not her problem and that she could not help me.

    On or about june 2022 I filled out forms to obtain temporary legal guardianship of my adult so. They assured me they could help. Well when I went to file the paperwork with the court I was told I was missing the temporary guardianship paperwork. I called canyon legal and Informed them of this. I was told after a few days they did nothing wrong and my paperwork was correct. I asked them to fix their wrong. Well they gave me the additional paperwork but according to an attorney they did not do the paperwork correctly which could result in my car being dismissed. I am very upset that after paying them 450 dollars it was still done wrong.
