      we had a washer and dryer with central, after paying it off they convinced us to continue to pay monthly for a 1 year warranty on the washer and dryer, shortly after the washer started not pulling water they came out to look at it, but really didnt do anything just told us that there was nothing they could do. I thought it was a water pressure issue on our side so we paid a plumber to come out and look only to find out that theres nothing wrong with our water at all. my wife went in to try to figure out the whole warranty situation and they just pushed her into signing a new contract for a washer and dryer. I then called them upset about them not Upholding their end of the warranty we were then told by ****** that we could keep the washer and dryer that we had at our house while they worked on fixing the washer that they had swapped out and we did not have to pay on the one at our house, we were in constant communication every week and every time we called, we were told that no one knew what was going on with our washer, we then started getting calls from ***** demanding payments and telling us we couldn't keep the washer we had, telling us his employee was wrong for telling us we could but telling me and my wife two completely different things, even told me my wife was lying to me about what he had told her, finally about 4months later they said they were waiting on a part for the washer, finally they came to deliver it and we were told by the delivery guys that they just cleaned it out and its working fine but we were just told it needed a part replaced so nothing is adding up. we are now 5-6 loads of laundry in and its starting to act up like before (there was no telling this at the time that they dropped it off as the issue was already intermittent) they have basically washed their hand of this issue and now we are having to pay for a technician to come look at the issue they were already supposed to have fixed.
