We hired Traditions to build an addition to our home as well as remodel the master suit. The project took longer than the discussed time frame. Required material were constantly left out in the weather, so now my floors are warped. They failed to pay their employees during the job causing them to cut corners, but most importantly, they didn't finish the plumbing of the master suit! The final inspection passed so we had no idea that sewage and all water from the master bathroom was dumping directly into our crawl space! For 8 months we struggled with unknown breathing issues, "head colds", and headaches. We had a mystery bug problem and weird smells we couldn't identify. It wasn't until we tried to turn on our heat that we discovered the problem. We called the **** guy (not even the first time we'd had to call for **** issues) to come figure out why our heat wouldn't turn on and he discovered the concerns in the crawl space. Within 24 hours, Traditions was there to assess the situation and told my family and I that our house was a biohazard and we needed to leave immediately! They did pay for a hotel and food while they cleaned everything up, but the fact that they didn't even finish the plumbing causing my home to become a BIOHAZARD is not okay.I am not seeking a full refund, but some sort of compensation is in order for making my family suffer for 8 months.
