      Working in sales and customer service it blows my mind these people are still in business. The staff especially at the ************ location are extremely rude. I understand having a bad day but these people are absolutely obnoxious. The food is mediocre, would highly recommend eating somewhere else.

      The location on ***************** in ***** is the worst. A woman took over the intercom and yelled at me in the drive through for ordering 4 burritos and some tacos. She said I have to call in ahead. I apologized and she interrupted yelling no at me. When ordering that much I have to call it in. I asked so they cant make the order and she said no they wouldnt. I guess in this economy they can afford to run off customers. She could have told me to come in and order or to wait for it out front if she was worried about backing up the drive through. There were tons of other ways to handle the situation but she chose to have an attitude and yell at me. How is this professional?Every other location I have been to has been amazing and handled our large orders easily. From the other reviews I read, it sounds like they keep shuffling this one hateful woman from one location to the next when she ****** enough customers off. My guess is that she is family and no one wants to tell her to act right or find a new career. This was my first time at this location and will be my last.
