Starting with the good things, the park is well maintained and has nice facilities. Other than that, theres not much else good to say. The invoicing for your stay is consistently mismanaged. They will tell you they are charging a new fee and charge you more than what was originally said. Or they wont tell you about a new charge/fee. If you do not jive with the manager, you will get targeted for random violations, but other campers in the park will not. Not every site is treated the same as far as what is or isnt allowed on the site. Do not bring your kids here, there is no place to play except for in the road and if they play outside, there will always be some type of passive-aggressive remark or email. Dont go into the clubhouse with your kids, youll be told to quiet down because the office is attached to the clubhouse and you might be interrupting their meeting. Your camper and anything outside will sink into the pavement. It gets insanely hot at the park because there is no shade and the entire place is paved. When we first got here, the place was amazing. Kids played outside every day and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Now youll be hard pressed to see any kids outside playing and the place is very uncomfortable to stay at. The management will change rules as they see fit but wont notify anyone of the change. Many campers including myself have had electrical problems with their site because the grounding wires are improperly placed. The city electrical wont do anything because their service stops at the main electrical box and they dont service the park. Management and the groundskeeper that has the white long hair will say one thing to your face but then talk about you behind your back to each other and to other campers. Lastly, this place is located right next to a truck stop and homeless people sleep in their cars every night at the entrance to the park. There have been many complaints of theft in the back lots as well.
