Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They dont respect you as a human/client/employee. The location owner Brayden is hardly in the office, hes a great sweet talker in the sense of taking any blame off himself and shifting the focus to you, ending with him sounding like a great guy. Theyre not there during their established business hours because they both work from home. When calling, it would commonly take up to three trys to get ahold of them. *****, the scheduling manager would ask you to cover shifts and then give no reply if you dont reply within minutes. She only replys if its to her benefit. Id be asked to cover a shift, i would ask a question about said shift and never get a response. Id have to then send another text asking about the shift only for her to (if i was lucky) reply, telling me the shift was covered by someone else. Or if i took too long to say weather or not i could cover it sometimes id just find the shift on my schedule. When i was in school id told them my school schedule MULTIPLE times. She would not only continue to ask me to cover shifts against my availability, but she would also do so me by calling me, while i was in class. I had to tell her multiple times she can not call me while im in class and my availability is strict. There were MANY times in the slack group chat people were trying to find coverage because they were scheduled during a time they had class. Upon confronting ***** on anything at all, she will deflect the blame back to you, refusing to acknowledge or take any responsibility. All of this in a group chat that Brayden is apart of and yet he never says anything.I put in my two weeks and she managed to not reply and instead asked me other questions that she needed for herself.I didnt get a reply until the next day. When i confronted her about the issue with her not replying to messages she proceeded to not reply to that message either. There are many more issues, these are only a few things from my 6 months with them
