    I hired Cuddy & Associates on July 6, 2022 to survey my property due to a boundary dispute. I provided them with the warranty deed and asked for them to survey all easements and the land that was sold to my parents. They started their field work the end of October 2022. They marked the area in dispute and were marking the land portion before they were interupted by *********************** and abruptly stopped work and left. We made several attempts to contact them via phone and email to no avail in attempts to find out what was transpiring. November I was then served with a trespass order. In April 2023 I hired a lawyer to help me find out what was going on. My lawyer then reached out to Cuddy & Associates. **** Cuddy then met with our attorney and provided him with a sketch. He proceeded to tell our attorney he couldn't reach us and we owed $3230. That if he were paid promptly he would not charge for the meeting. After he was paid we inquired of our survey report and thanked him for meeting with our lawyer. To date, he had yet to respond to ** or provide the work we asked for including the survey report that we'd need for litigation. I am filing this Complaint based on what I believe to be fraud regarding services rendered. I am seeking either reimbursement of the $3230.00 or they can come and finish the job they were hired to do.In my opinion, this violates rules of ethics and professional conduct. A copy of this and the billing statement was also sent to the **** of land surveyors and engineers. Thank you,
