    Worthless Apparently quoted me a price he thought was too cheap so quit returning calls and texts.Does NOT do what he says hes going to do.Just another punk with his name on his truck

    Hi ******, I'm sorry that you did not have an enjoyable experience with our company! As we reviewed your complaint, we see no fault in our raising your quote. The scope of the work changed drastically! This job went from wiring in a gate operator to installing all components including welding and excavation work. The quote you received was for wiring only. Furthermore, all of our quotes have a three-day signed contract deadline in order to be valid. Your tactic of trying to manipulate hard working and professional people has been addressed in our sales meetings as a major red flag. Sales representatives now know to be aware of situations like this. This is why the conversations did not continue. I would personally like to thank you for your help in continued training of staff members on how not to be pulled into this type of situation. I hope this year brings all the happiness you deserve!
