    Below is my email to tighten power. I purchased iPhone cables which they claim are the best cables there are available. Nowhere on the website did it say that some cables are not compatible with newer iPhones. The ************ they are giving me is to mail them back to ******* with overseas shipment. Or to purchase additional cables at 50% off. Thats ridiculous and false advertisement on the fact that none of the cables are compatible with any newer iPhones, or iPads, only old iPhones, and iPads. I paid 60+ dollars for these cables, and I just want to be able to use any of them on an iPhone thats newer than an iPhone 8! I can forward my original receipt if needed but below email is there a response telling me I have to send the cables overseas to ******* for a refund and pay a fortune in shipping ##- Please type your reply above this line -##Your request (******) has been updated.     Thank you for contacting us. This is not one of our customers. Our business manufactures and sells lithium ion batteries for Airsoft and Commercial Drones. We do not manufacture Iphone cables or any phone power cables.  I believe the company they are needing to contact is www.titanpowerplus.com.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I also would like to apologize for the mistake in companies. This is obviously part of the sham that the real company in question is counting on.
