      I recently stayed at the Shoshone bannock casino hotel I paid for the room rate which was $100 I paid cash for that and I was put $150 deposit down on my credit card stayed the night in the room nothing was damaged the next morning I checked out when I didnt get my deposit back I called the hotel and they said that they werent giving me back my 150 because I hung my hat on the smoke detector I did not alter the smoke detector I did not take apart the smoke detector I simply hung my head on it because my girlfriend thought there was a camera in it and we were doing things we werent smoking in the room Ill be there laws and I do not smoke in their hotels rooms as they asked not to. I always obey the rules and when I called and talk to the manager she said she is not returning my 150 because I hung my head on the smoke detector they did not return my property my hat . I then tried to call back and talk to another manager and she said that she would handle it. When my 150 still wasnt back on my card I called to talk to a third manager and she was very rude and I said you are being very rude and she said I can say the same thing about you. And I said well I dont mean to be rude but Im kind of upset because you took $150 from me and she said oh well deal with it and hung up on me I dont know why they are so uptight and upset I didnt do nothing wrong didnt damage anything in the room the smoke detector works fine Im sure I just would like my $150 back
