Absolutely horrible ordered fencing from ***** on Aug 4 2023 its now September 9th everything was paid in full and i was supposed to pick up in *********** i was never provided with an address of where to go. I was told 3 weeks ago parts were being transferred from Rialto but no follow ** i have tried getting in touch with anyone at this company for 2 weeks now ***** who always answers the phone says i need to deal with **** and **** doesn't respond and I have no fence. this is not a 5 star BB company this is a f****** joke its vinyl fencing not rocket science.
