    I was recently billed $322.66 for medical visits while employed at this clinic. The visits billed on 9/17/24 included those from 8/14/23 to 3/12/24. There is no explanation what these visits or charges were for. Additionally I have an email ****** ***** sent to staff that he writes off our medical visits while employed. I have also visualized this within the system as these charges were coded as a bad debt etc under my charges, other staff as well as him and his wifes charges. I ended up being charged and paid for labs that he normally wrote off as well, even after suffering medical symptoms after I was exposed to his deployed bug bombs in a small office space without the ability to open any windows. I wish to have him acknowledge and correct his billing errors. Maybe the bills were sent out in error as Ive heard many complaints regarding this after they paid cash.

    **** ****** is correct, the Bill came from our billing company in error, numerous accounts receivable for **** ****** have already been written off, it is our policy that employees that are seen in our clinic, by our providers are not charged for their services, however when a service is performed outside of the clinic such as blood work, the patient/employee is charged for that service provided by someone other than one of our employees. (how and what an owner charges themselves have no bearing whatsoever)

    even though **** ****** has conducted herself in a manner that is unbecoming a professional, Un-ethical as a professional Medical Provider we have been nothing but understanding, 

    **** ****** as a past employee is still in arrears concerning her un earned vacation pay that she received in good faith, after sitting down with myself and assuring me she was happy and not planning on leaving our organization, all the while she was emailing patients and planning her exit to her next place of employment. 

    concerning insect and bug bombs ignited in the facility, This process was administered after hours. **** ****** had Been asked several times to leave the building, she refused to do so.

    I have contact our ****** and made certain this **** **** received has been written off to employee benefits. this should have not been billed to ****

    I have heard a rumor **** has been let go from her place of employment, We sorry to hear that.
