      On 6/28 I took my truck for oil change. SUPOSSEDLY they do 25 pt inspection. Included in said inspiration is brake fluid. My paperwork states brake fluid full. Truck was driven 2 mi. NO BRAKES! Cap was NOT on tight. I called and asked ********** stated they visual ck and dont touch. Please explain why my paperworkPeople shows full when it's almost empty. Last time I used them, they neglected to put oil in a different vehicle!!! Never going back. Should of learned first time. They could of gotten someone killed stating brake fluid level full when it's almost EMPTY. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! NO 25 PT INSPECTION. I want my money back. I'm thankful I didn't kill someone, including myself.

      Thank you for a chance to respond to this customer concern. This Service was done on June 28th 2022. The concern was brought to us last week. We do inspect the brake fluid, the Master Cylinder is clear so you can see the level of brake fluid we do not take the cap off to inspect the brake fluid we train our Technicians to not take Brake Master Cylinder cap off. Customer brought this complaint about 60 days after we serviced this vehicle. I do not know what happened to this vehicle between the time we serviced it and ******************** came back to our store. ******************** talked with the owner of our Company and we are Sending her a full refund. To show our full cooperation in this matter. The customer has been contacted.
