    I bought this unit back in October of last year 2023 this is a long tube header and downpipe set from 2m fabrication I had it installed at shop the shop did not do a good job installing this so I had issues off the get-go and was misinformed about the product by the people who was working on it . I had to take out reinstall the equipment myself I didn't want to do it I should have done it myself but I paid for somebody to do it they didn't do it anyway long story short I got everything together and it was coming up time to get my truck inspected put the catalytic converters on because I thought they had to be welded and they didn't slip on with clamps so after getting the system put together properly I drove it around clearing the codes on the vehicle which is a 2018 **** F150 and it kept throwing code P0420 p0430 which states that the catalytic converters are not working properly contacted the seller on this and he requested the information far as the purchase date order number I gave them the information waited did not hear anything back for weeks contact the seller again with no response went back on the website contact the seller through his website once more and was told that they will not help with installation or customer service especially to people that have been abusive I have the email where all I am is stating what I've done I haven't heard from y'all I am waiting to hear back from y'all I need to get this fixed I am 3 months past my inspection I need my truck to be inspected so I can pay the taxes on it and have it registered properly and I was met with an email stating that they will not do anything or uphold their customer service or their warranty all because I have an issue they do not care to help out with.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
