    Jan 29 we woke up in ********* to finish our 2 day drive from ********** to *****. Our Ram truck would not start. After dicking with it for a minute, it finally started. We drove 30 miles to a gas station and shut the truck off. It then wouldn't power itself on. We got a jump from someone and the truck started. Keep in mind: the battery is a week old Optima and we've constantly had electrical issues since we bought it from Lithia in Pocatello, a problem Lithia has remembered and admitted. We make it to Lithia, describe our problem, and they insist it's the starter. We wait a week while they order and install the starter. On Feb 6th they say the truck is done, and we go to pick it up, and it won't start, even with the brand new starter because the problem isn't the truck battery, or the starter, or the batteries in the key fobs like they've claimed in the past, the problem is the **torque which they refuse to admit because it's an expensive warranty item. We still have a 2 day drive ahead of us back to ********** . I want Lithia to admit it is the **torque and to replace the **torque, or give us the trade value for the truck so we can be done with it and get another truck.

    The truck is up and running now, and they did do the work for free, however, I want to keep this complaint on file because this is the 3rd time the truck has been serviced FOR THE SAME ISSUE. I want this complaint left open in case the issue returns yet again because they STILL haven't fixed it right which will further prove they are riding out our warranty.
