    They charged my credit card without my consent. I made an appointment and they would not confirm the appointment t then charged my credit card for a "no show" fee. When I emailed them about this, all they wanted to do was argue. It wasn't even about the money but the disingenuous moral that they have. I have only been once and they kept my credit card information then charged it without my knowledge. I'm am just shocked that a business can get away with that! I had to cancel my card and will definitely not be going back.

    Once again, I would like to apologize for the confusion, but I did want to clarify- by giving us your credit card upon booking (either online or on the phone) you are consenting to us running it. You were sent a text message to opt in for reminders and you didn't so at that point, remembering your appointment is entirely in your hands. If you were unsure when you had a doctor or dentist appointment, wouldn't you call to see when that is? We hope that we are not treated any differently. Again, we apologize, but hope you can understand our point of view.
