    The Storage facility claims that my account was in the areas. As my account was on auto-pay, they listed several months that my storage had not been paid. We reviewed the auto-pay issue together and I noted that they had misinformation as to the correct auto-pay option. Well, I know from past experience if a bill was not paid, the company would contact me and make sure the information was correct. I have a lot of my personal possessions in that unit. So, now, all of a sudden the back pay to bring the account current is way beyond my reach..They did not try to work with me at all. And the big reason I am submitting this complaint is: There is no way to contact these people. I have driven to the storage, went to the office where there is a vehicle outside, but no one answers the door. I am some $300 dollars behind, and they keep my storage locked where I cannot access my belongings. I changed banks, and wanted to set up bill pay with them, but they had no idea what that was about at all.

    We understand that you are frustrated that you did not set up your autopay correctly.  We are not sure why you spending your money elsewhere and getting behind lead you to make a complaint. As for the complaint about poor communication, we have mailed statements, texts, and left calls and have had many conversations, some as recent as three days ago, regarding this. The only reason this is not resolved is lack of funds which again, is not our fault. I'm sorry no one was at the office the day you showed up. We would love to get payment. We look forward to working with you to get this resolved.
