    Vehicle needed water pump replacement. Scheduled appointment. Explained the situation. Owner agreed. Informed approximately 2 to 3 days and less $400. Never received a call. I called them a week later. Informed over $1000 due because they found other things wrong. The mechanics took the engine apart but did not reinstall my airbag sensor not auxiliary lights and changed to synthetic oil as well as broke the oil dipstick. Letter to them was never responded to. Ni telephone call attempts to fix their mistakes nor why they felt OK to do major repairs without my prior authoritarian. Filled out various complaints to warn other people. I know I filled one here but do not see it. Why? I have told my situation to others in town and they too say they had horrible experience. Billing statement can be uploaded when wifi is available

    I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. The work that you had done in October 2022 was under the previous owner as we purchased the business from him in June of 2024. The office staff that would have been responsible to getting the approval for the extra parts and labor needed to repair your vehicle has not been employed here since January 2023. Many changes have taken place since you were last here and most of which I feel benefit both the customer and the business. I can assure you things would have been handled differently had it happened since we acquired the business. We make every effort to contact the customers prior to additional work being done in order to prevent this type of situation from happening. I would be more than happy to sit down and discuss this matter further with you to see if we can come to a mutual agreement on how to move forward.
