    On June 19, 2024, I applied for residency online to Woodland Meadows Apartments in **********, *****. Before the application can be completed, the fees must be paid. I paid a $45.00 application fee, and refundable $200.00 holding/administration fee with a debit card. Once this payment cleared, I was able to sign the documents. The $200.00 holding fee is refundable because they denied my application. On the application, it states that I will get my refund within 30 days. It has been 60 days. They are denying that any payments have been made, which is impossible. Their own system won't allow any application to process without the fees being paid first. I want my money back. Period.

    I signed a lease with this apartment complex back in November. I have had nothing but issues from them trying to overcharge me for my rent or hit me with hidden fees. I have tried to contact them to have them fix it but problems keep happening. I signed a lease for $1,030 plus utilities and the renters insurance. The first month here they tried charging us a month to month fee for our rent even though we signed a 12 month lease. They refused to fix the issue with me in person and refused to give me a written documentation stating that they would not keep changing my price for rent. I let them try to do their job and they never truly fixed the problem. We paid our actual owed fees which we added up ourselves because the apartment complex wouldnt do their job. Since they said they fixed that problem, it has showed in my account that we have a credit of $99 which isnt right. Now coming into this month, we check our account and have some random $945 fee 5 days before our rent for February is due. We are currently caught up on all our bills and it is very worrying to have my rent keep changing month to month even though we signed a 12 month contract. All I would like is to look into their system and make sure it is fixed.
