    My daughter went to Loft 41 for tanning prior to prom. She only wanted service for 1 month. Someone had her sign a contract that was for $55/month for 6 months. She is 17 and should not be asked to sign a contract. She was then forced to pay $120 to get out of the contract. A minor should not sign a legal document. I am wanting the cancellation fee refunded.

    Customer called in and filed compliant and asked for a call back, I responded the same day and left a voicemail letting her know that I would refund her daughter as it was our error and i never got a call back. I called again following week and still no response. Customer signed a 6 month contract, and two months later wanted out of the contract.  ********* complaint was that her daughter was only 17 and shouldn't have signed a contract.  We finally got in touch with the mother and refunded the daughter the contract break fee of $120.
