      So after paying my bill that I owed which I have proof on my credit card statement they continue to send me the same bill trying to get a hold of the billing department of the business was unachievable never returning phone calls even have to leave messages there then you turned me into a collection agency which has since sent me three different type of Billing statementsTrying to reach out to you is in a cheaper but also for you cannot even leave a message ************ I had to pay my bill to the receptionist which told me the building department was out that day but trying to get a hold of her is extremely hard

      Dear Blue,

      We do see your account was paid in full December 5, 2022.   There was a phone call documented by our billing manager, to you on December 27th.  She indicated she notified you that we did receive your payment Dec 5th and Armada registered that payment Dec 7th.  During that discussion you had indicated that you had received four notices from Armada, but the most recent one was December 1, 2022, which was prior to receiving your payment.   

      We apologize for the difficulties you experienced getting ahold of our office and wish to serve you and every patient in a prompt manner.  Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
