    They failed to take responsibility for sellers on their site. You can't call them up on the phone and talk to them. So you play ping pong email to get your answers which they seem to avoid when you're clearly point out what the problem is. They claim they monitor their vendors but in reality they do not. The vendor I was dealing with greatbookdeals actually shipped under another name superbookdeals which has a poor reputation and has written me off in the past. So I wouldn't have ordered from them if I known that I was dealing with superbook deals. I'm goi Dealing with a company which has different names at least three (and some of them tainted ) still be on their site selling books. if they really monitored them as they say I would not be here. They have many reviews and most of them are negative. so I like to give alibris a poor one for handling of my situation when I explained in details why I thought it was a bait and switch. They claim it's being shipped and there's no tracking number as I asked for and they say the wait like 20 days if you don't get the item. but the point being, I was deceived who the seller was and they ignore that, too. The strategy there seems to be to delay and make things difficult for the customer so that they'll give up.
