I utilize Upscale mail for postal and other package and letter "last mile" receipt. Upscale Mail utilizes email to communicate with its customer, including myself.I have my life dependent drugs delivered to me from the *********** at my Upscale Mail mailbox.Upscale tells me they have their normal package and mail delivery services available Saturday mornings.I received notice my mandatory to life drugs were delivered to Upscale on Thursday, went to Upscale to receive Sat AM during advertised business hours.upscale folks decided to not be open and I needed my lifesaving meds.I had to go to emergency room to receive meds to stay alive. I ask Upscale Mail to reimburse co-pays charged to me because Upscale did not allow me access to my mail.

I went to Upscale mail in the middle of November to mail 5 small packages (thick envelopes). I had a clerk who admitted she doesnt work in the front very often. As she was entering the information to ship my packages, she asked if I wanted tracking. Yes, I do. She said it was $1 extra per package. She said it was the **** that charges it. When we got to my priority package, she said that tracking wasnt automatic on priority packages anymore and said that the postal service charges a $1 per package on them too for tracking. She said it was fairly new and she went on about it. I questioned the price of a flat rate envelope being so high, again, the clerk implied it was the price coming from the postal service. It wasnt until I went to the post office this week to mail similar packages that I learned the $1 fee wasnt from them and that tracking was standard and not an up charge.I reached out to the company to discuss what transpired. I received an email back that seemed to justify their position. They didnt seem to care that their employee actually lied to me (worst case) or didnt understand (best case). They stole $5 from me in bogus tracking charges and lied about the cost of a priority package. The email response from management was clear they think they are in the right about this.I dont appreciate being lied to and having money taken from me under false pretense.

Our store policy has always been that we offer the customer the option to track a package for an additional $1. This feature is built into our system and we ask each customer if they'd like to purchase tracking. We're unsure what usurpation this particular customer was under, but we're not the ************ we're an independent mail store. We would appreciate it if this complaint can be marked as false.
