    ************************* the owner of Grow Ignited took advantage of my SBA loan in many ways but the only thing I can prove now is he stole money from my business Sculpt Studios Med ******* met with a signage contractor in November 2023 and **** was paid the full amount to create and facilitate the signage for the building. Its February and I still dont have signage and I asked for a refund and he only gave me a partial refund claiming the funds were utilized for other purposes. But is refusing to provide receipts for the utilized funds.

    Thanks for reaching out here.  We have multiple emails with the client Sculpt Studios, communication with all subcontractors involved, and Sculpt Studio's appropriate bank.  All charges have been accurately substantiated against the *** loan and accepted by the bank.  Client was due a partial return against the stated invoice and this refund was returned in a timely manner and given to the client in person on 2/9/24.  This is a smear tactic and Grow Ignited is actively engaging legal council in regards to this and other defamation content. Client currently has the contact information for our legal council and they are providing documents as they see necessary. Thank you we look forward to resolving this matter as soon as possible.

    I am rejecting this response because: Grow Ignited is still refusing to provide those documents to the owner of the actual business. We just want the receipts. Thats all.

    All invoices were submitted to the client.  These invoices serve as a receipt for work provided.  All necessary information has been given to the client as well as to the bank on the clients behalf.  ******** has substantiated and approved charges through the regulation of the SBA.  We have done everything that the client has asked and have nothing further to submit.  As a service business you are paying for personal services which are substantiated through invoices that were submitted to the client and paid by the client. All of these receipts have been given to client through email and electronic copies provided in person on a thumb drive.  We have nothing further.
