      They lied to me, never did what they said they were/did. They cost me hundred of dollars in time, gas, and necessities. I'm a single mom of two kids and I work my **** off for this truck and they did nothing but give me the run around and even the management did absolutely nothing. I am completely disgusted with them as a business and even worse in the staff that take advantage of the working class in today's world. I am happy to give the full details on everything they did, from not replacing the parts they claimed they did, to ********* being told to go somewhere else. All the while they were collecting on my warranty and costing me money hand over fist. They were rude and incompetent. In my honest opinion don't deserve to be in business. They are all crooks!

      Having taken my Dodge Ram **** **** over to these guys, just want people to know & hopefully the owners or perhaps someone who cares that the SERVICE is nonexistent. My vehicle was there for 3 months, never a return phone call when the voice message indicated that the person would return my call At their earliest convenience if I wanted answers I would have to go there. I also indicated that Im a woman on my own, I know a little bit about vehicles & that I didnt have a lot of money. The assistant service manager was rude to me & then they informed me that they were going to pull the ************** would cost me in the region of $4500. I towed the vehicle away & had it on the road running with in a day costing me less than $500!

      My brand new work pickup last the transmission with **** miles, they had the quickest timeline calling around to the different dealerships, I talked to them 3 weeks ago, after calling 6 times and than having to call the front desk to get someone that was standing next to the service desk, to get them on the phone, he said 1 week, we have the parts, 2 weeks after the 1 week is up, ********************** wont answer the phone, or call back, so I left a message with the receptionist, for the manager of the service department to call, 3 days and no call back.
