  Be very careful when buying anything from this company. You think you are buying a single product but are signed up for a subscription without your knowledge or consent. There was a second email after my purchase that I didn't see that mentioned the subscription in small print. No where on the website is a subscription even mentioned, I have no idea what is included in the $49 monthly fee I paid twice before I noticed it. They email you a receipt for your first purchase but not this subscription. My requests for a refund have been completely ignored. I find this very shady. They have no cancelled the subscription but will not address my concerns. If you do decide to purchase the meal plan make sure you check all emails you receive and read all the fine print.

  This business is fraudulent. I purchased one item, and intentionally opted "no" upon being offered subscription services. The following month, I found a charge for this business as a recurring $39 fee. When I tried to contact them for a refund, they refused, although I never used their product or authorized this charge! Terrible and fraudulent business practices.

  Finding Olesyas fitness and meal programs was a total game-changer for me. The balanced way of eating and exercising transformed my body and my overall approach to health. The plans are easy to follow and enjoyable. I absolutely wouldnt be where I am today without Olesyas programs. I have followed her methodology for several years now and have also worked with her one on one. Olesya is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. For anyone looking to make meaningful and lasting changes, I highly recommend her programs.

  HAC has been the best program I have tried/been doing for years now. The program has helped me so much, not only to lose weight but as well learn about nuturtion. The meal plans are great and not boring, and the program has both at home and gym workouts. When it was COVID at home workouts saved my life! I was probably in the best shape ever. You can also join the ************** HAC which is super helpful, encouraging, and supportive. Any questions asked are always answered. I'm super grateful for HAC and the coach ??

  Through this company, which goes by Coach ******, I signed up for meal plans and recipes. I never signed up for coaching yet I was charged $39.00 for coaching after a trial period that I never agreed to. After the 7 day trial period, I was charged $39.00. I then immediately contacted them on the 8th day for a refund because I never wanted this service. They said that this was stated on my receipt, but when I checked the receipt, it said $0.00 for meal plans/nutrition program, so I was under the impression that it was for the meal plans only. It said 7 day trial in small print on the very bottom of the receipt, which is hard to see! Also, since I never signed up for this service, I wouldn't even know to look for this information. Regardless, I never used the service and had requested a refund, but this company refused to work with me and issue any refund at all. They are inflexible and will not work with you. Its also poor business practice to charge people and tell them it was on the receipt when that information is purposely in small print at the very bottom of the receipt for people to miss, so buyer beware!
