    I had an agreement with TNL multi services to have a race car chassis powder coated for $800 and they told me they would have it done within a week. A couple weeks go by, I called them multiple times and left multiple messages. They would not call me back or give me an update on when it would be done. After a couple weeks of waiting, we showed up to check on it, only to find out that they havent started on it. We go back and forth and they promise me they will start it right away and have it back to me in a couple of days. A couple of days go by and they ghosted me again. So we showed up again and they had just started on it after about 3 and a half weeks of sitting on it. They then promised me, they would have it done in a couple days. Another week goes by and by now, it has been over a month since I have dropped it off. They finally called me and told me that it was done. Originally, when I dropped the car off, he gave me a price of $800 to powder coat the car light grey. So when he told me the car was done, I had my dad go pick it up because I had to work. He showed up to pick it up and they had powder coated the car black without consulting with me. When my dad asked why they had powder coated the car a different color than what we agreed on, the manager *** had told him that the grey color that I had originally wanted would have cost too much. Then he continued to make it sound to my dad that I had changed my mind on the color. I was furious when I got the car back. I had called them and asked them to make it right but they never responded to me. Then after closely looking over the car that was the wrong color, I had found multiple dents and damage done to the car. They will not respond to me. At this point, I would just like a refund. I do not want to go through the trouble of redoing the car, I just want to get paid back for the lies, the damage, and the product that they made the wrong color. Thank you for your time.
