1 starThis business has been sending me solicitation letters for 10 months since they somehow learned my father died. They send one a month or so. I have sent two back requesting they stop sending me letters and another arrived today. They have now started sending me letters for my mother who also died. I consider this nuisance correspondence and disrespectful of my request to cease and desist.Review fromJoey G

Horrible experience Was offered one price then a lower price then given the option to rent after we sold, then was told itd be easier if we didnt rent so we found a new place made offer and the day before closing they backed out horrible experience Would recommend never dealing with them if possible

****, we do apologize that we weren't able to purchase your home and the inconvenience it caused you and your family. Because we tried to close on your house in 7 days, we did all of our inspections and appraisals in record time. Without building permits and road easements recorded with the County, it did delay our process and required you to provide the documentation. You sent us the documents on 12/19 and after reviewing them we called you on 12/20 to inform you.
Again, we are very sorry this happened and regret any harm it caused.APH Construction
