Point Pest Control is a scam. I was charged $1,400 more than the account manager quoted for outdoor vent replacement. I cancelled it to be done and was told a refund would be made within two days. I no longer trust the company. I havent received the refund for the work I cancelled.

1 starProbably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I would stay far away from this company they like to come and spray while youre not home. They dont do the inside or the garage because they like to schedule appointments without confirming with you. Try to cancel And they made false promises about a supervisor coming out and the next service being free. And without my knowledge, came out a few weeks after While I was not home and did a full service And charged full price. Shady business practices.Review fromMichael Z

1 starI asked for service to kill fleas in my bedroom, I was told that a worker came out and sprayed but the house was locked and there was no key available so I don't know how they got into the house to spray for fleas. When I tried to address this with the company they came out and did a spray for spiders and other outside insects, not what I had asked for. I ended up being sent to collections because I refused to pay the bill for a service that I did not ask for. I recommend going to ANY other company for your pest needs.Review fromMatthew G

1 starI contacted the service provider to address an ant infestation issue and assess a hole located near the foundation of my garage. Despite their repeated visits spanning over a month and a half, the ant problem remained unaffected by their treatments. The hole in the ground took 5 people to look at and another 2, "A technician will be calling you back to set up an appointment", just for them to tell me that I had a big rat problem and I need to hire someone else to fix it. All of that was after the initial inspection, a little over a month before, by the same person. At this point, given the lack of progress, I expressed my desire to receive a refund. Regrettably, despite patiently waiting for a month and a half for a supervisor to return my call regarding the refund, no contact has been made. I was informed by their answering service yesterday that the supervisor is fully aware of my request but is deliberately avoiding reaching out. Furthermore, the answering service declined my request to send an additional notification to the supervisor. Consequently, I find myself in the position of seeking resolution through this medium.Review fromThomas G
